Shipping Policy


We have no control over customs and therefore cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as it becomes available. Approximate shipping times (not including weekends/holidays):

Standard delivery: 11-19 working days.

Please note that Standard Delivery is without signature on delivery and without insurance. This means that the parcel will be delivered to your letterbox and that declarations of non-receipt are excluded from the compensation procedure (if the tracking system indicates that the parcel has been delivered).

Delivery may be delayed in very rare cases, and packages may take longer than the expected time indicated. Unfortunately, we are unable to control delivery times and unforeseen delays that may occur on the road and we hope for your understanding and patience if this happens.

We will not respond to complaints about orders placed less than 30 days ago. Delivery depends not only on us, but also on the speed of your local postal service. We will open a support ticket and investigate the location of your package. If your package is lost, we will resend a replacement order within 10 working days of receiving a response from the investigation.



Please note that the processing time (5-10 working days) is different from the shipping time and must be Added to the total delivery time. Due to the large number of orders, the processing time may take longer than 5-10 working days to be fully processed (checked, packed, shipped by logistics and sent to the post office).

Once your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch. An e-mail with online tracking information will be sent to you.

Once the order has been placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 24 hours, as your order will already have been processed.

Please contact us by e-mail at as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order you have just placed.



We are not responsible for any package returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or due to an incorrect or insufficient address. As a result, the cost of reshipment will be at your expense.



In some cases, an order may be divided into different packages for one of the following reasons:
- Certain items may be out of stock
- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office
