Shipping Policy

We do not have control over customs and therefore cannot be responsible for any delays that may occur. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as it becomes available to us.
Approximate shipping time (does not include weekends/holidays):
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days,

Please note that Standard Delivery is without signature upon delivery and without insurance. This means that the package will be delivered to your mailbox and non-receipt declarations are excluded from the compensation procedure (if the tracking indicates that the package is delivered.)

Delivery may be delayed in very rare cases, packages may take longer than the expected time indicated. Unfortunately, we are not able to control delivery times and unforeseen delays that may occur on the road and we hope for your understanding and patience if this happens.

We will not respond to complaints about orders placed less than 30 days ago. Delivery is not only dependent on us, but on the speed of your local postal service. We will open a support ticket and investigate the location of your package. If your package is lost, we will resend a replacement order within 10 business days after we receive a response from the investigation.

Please note that processing time (5-10 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Due to the large number of orders, processing time may take longer than 5-10 business days to be fully processed (verified, packaged, shipped through logistics and sent to the post office).

Once your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for shipping. An email with online tracking information will be sent to you.

Once an order has been placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 24 hours, as your order will have already been processed.

Please contact us by email à as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order you have just made.

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or due to an incorrect or insufficient address. Thus, the cost of reshipment will be made at your expense.

In some cases, an order may be split into different packages for one of the following reasons:
- Some items may be out of stock
- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office
